We will continue to monitor and reevaluate the situation with the interests of our clients in mind as we get closer to the dates of each reservation. Currently we cannot consider that a reserve from June onwards is affected by the coronavirus pandemic. Options available to manage your reservation in case you are thinking of canceling it as of today, date on which there are still no certainties of the national and international situation in the next 2 or 3 months.
1. According to our booking conditions, clause 6- in the impossibility to undertake the confirmed booking, you can surrender your reservation to another person, the arrangements remain exactly the same as the original booking.
2. Consider to purchase a travel insurance, they may provide coverage for illness due to COVID-19 should you be diagnosed and prevented from traveling at the time of your departure.
3. Try to reschedule your travel dates, it will be offered full flexibility during 2020 and up to the end of 2021. If you don’t know at this time when you will be able to come you will get a credit voucher with open dates and for the value of the entire amount already paid, valid through 2020 until the end of 2021.
4. In the event that you wish to cancel, don’t want to reschedule and request a full refund, please note we can’t consider to this day that reservations for June onwards are currently affected by the coronavirus covid 19. The cancellation clause will apply according to the booking conditions. If you are covered by travel insurance, contact your insurance company.
Please note: although deposits are never refundable and our reservation conditions provide for non-refunds in the specific case of “force majeure”, it is our commitment to protect the interests of our clients at all times, and in any case we will work hard in order to partially or fully refund your deposit as soon as possible.
