Beautiful villa in Formentera, located in a quiet pine forest, 10 minutes walk from the beach of Cala Saona. This architect renovated house opens onto two large terraces facing north and south. The terrace, a real outdoor living room, offers plenty of space for either relax or dine, with the benefit of a small swimming pool and solarium.
Inside, the elegance born from the traditional island design and decor can be found in every corner of the house. The sitting room has large glass doors and windows that fill the space with plenty of light, a nice fire place and comfortable sitting area.
The kitchen opens to the north terrace and is well equipped with all necessary appliances including dishwasher and washing machine.
There are 3 double bedrooms from which one is at garden level, the second in mezzanine with private terrace and both share one bathroom and one toilet. The third bedroom is an independent suite with ensuite bathroom and private terrace.
There is also a studio for those who need to do some work while their stay or just relax and read their favorite book. A/C in all bedrooms
