Beautiful villa in Formentera superbly appointed within walking distance to Cala Saona beach. It is designed for outside living around a shaded garden and it offers fenced pool ( 11×4 ) which has roman steps into a shallow end for children and a nice porch equipped with sun beds.
There are spacious patios and a lovely barbecue area. The terrace offers comfortable outside dining furniture providing the most perfect location to spend your evenings with a glass of wonderful wine enjoying the tranquil and peaceful setting.
From the covered terrace furnished as outdoors dining room and comfortable sofas area, you enter into the beautiful kitchen which is well furnished with everything you could require on your stay. A large living room with fireplace and dining room all with direct access to the garden.
On the other side of the terrace, there are 2 bedrooms from which one has 1 double bedroom and 2 single beds ( up to 4 people, specially suitable for families with kids ) and one bedroom with 2 single beds, one bathroom.
Upstairs with private external access, in one side there is one double bedroom with large terrace and bathroom and 1 single bedroom that communicates with 1 double bedroom with bathroom.
All bedrooms are air conditioned.
