It is in a great spot in upper Punta Prima, not far from the shops and restaurants of Es Pujols and within easy reach of San Ferrán and Migjorn Beach.
From this location guests will enjoy an Instagrammable view over the tower of Punta Prima and the sea.
Fully air conditioned throughout, everything in the house is very well arranged, and the layout provides for a smooth holiday where you have all that you need but also feel cocooned in the serene and peaceful ambiance that the location of this villa gives.
The interiors are designed in a contemporary style and feature modern furnishings throughout, as well as striking white and black accents.
When entering the villa through the front door, we come upon the huge inner terrace that has an open ceiling and serves as the connection point between the bedrooms and the remainder of the home. On the right, there is one en-suite double bedroom with entrance to the front porch and two double bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom and access to the pool terrace. Access to the fourth bedroom, that is also en-suite, is available both from the main entrance and from the living area.
The living area is lively and well-lit thanks to the abundance of natural light that enters via the windows and french sliding doors that lead out to the front porch and the internal patio.
This lovely home in Formentera is finished off with a kitchen that is fully equipped with all of the required appliances as well as a guest toilet.
In the exterior, there is a private pool that has a seating area with sunbeds and sofas, and the front porch has a dining table, chairs, and chill-out sofas.
A set of 5 steps takes you up to chill out are where to enjoy those tremendous views of the sea.
