To the right of the patio, on the ground floor, you enter the most antique area of the house, a large room with a loft where sofas and mattresses have been arranged, ensuring an extra space for sleeping.
Two bedrooms of which 1 with double bed and one with two single beds (which can be combined as a double bed) and 1 bathroom in common.
A staircase gives access to the upper floor which is occupied by a double bedroom, with large window with beautiful views and access to a terrace. The bedroom has 1 bathroom with bathtub, open.
The annex is composed of 2 double bedrooms, kitchen, living and a special bathroom/hammam.
Outside, several relaxation areas and a great pool with sea views.
Not for everybody, this is certainly a house for special people.
The property stands in one of the most peaceful, exclusive and secure areas of the island, affording spectacular views of Ibiza, Espalmador and Estany d’es Peix.
It is very close to the island’s best beaches and the central village of San Francesc Xavier, where most of the island’s main services and facilities can be found: the port of La Savina, hospital, shopping centre, police station, town hall, etc.
