The villa is on a gated plot of land with a garden measuring 1,500 m2, where there is a small swimming pool, wonderful outdoors showers and a covered porch with chairs for relaxing, a fridge and a freezer.
Migjorn beach is just 100 mt, so can be easly reached by a short walk.
