Home of a local artist, it has been designed and built reflecting the traditional style of the island, creating a spacious and comfortable home that enjoys great privacy either inside or in the adjoining terraces around the pool.
Main house
Good sized living room with high ceiling and a stylish sunken lounge area by the fireplace, sat/TV and music equipment.
The spacious kitchen is well fitted with a large stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and a dining area with teak furniture with sliding doors leading to the large covered terrace.
The washing-machine and the dryer are in the laundry room.
Double bedroom with dressing room, en suite bathroom with shower and direct access to the outside bathroom with jacuzzi. The bedroom on the loft above the livingroom has 4 single beds.
The master bedroom has a double bed and en suite bathroom with bath. Double bedroom and a twin bedroom both have their own en suite bathrooms with shower.
The large swimming pool is set in the garden and has at one end a BBQ and chill-out area with a wide range of sofas and sun beds surrounding the pool.
