The house is well equipped with a high standard of equipment such as satellite, flat screen TV, internet access and is partially air conditioned, however not necessary as the location is perfect to feel the energy of Formentera’s summer breeze.
There is a very welcoming atmosphere all over the house with its main area opening out onto a large terrace with a pool and 3 verandas.
The property offers all the facilities and luxuries of a small private hotel ( first quality linens in bedrooms and bathrooms, bathroom amenities etc..)
The exterior is ideal to spend time al fresco, surrounding the pool there are 2 shaded decks from which one is a dining area, another a chill out and the porch is furnished as a nice outdoors living room.
An oasis of calm when you feel in the mood to top up your holiday tan in the glorious Formentera sunshine or take a siesta.
Ground Floor:
Open-plan living room with sofas and fire place and fully equipped kitchen with dining area, 2 double bedrooms each with ensuite bathrooms, one master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and extra single bed. All bedrooms have direct access to the pool or garden area. Guests bathroom. The living room opens onto a wooden terrace and the pool, which is an ideal outdoor dining and chilling out area.
Mezzanine floor:
Cosy double bedroom.
Semi-basement:
Master bedroom with double bed and one single bed, en-suite shower room with W.C and large living room with a sofa that can be made up as 2 single beds ( extra )
This house is the perfect combination for friends or family wanting to enjoy a relaxing holiday in Formentera with private grounds in which to relax but being close to the village for people looking for lively summer evenings with restaurants and shops.
The use of single beds/ extra have an additional cost, please ask in case you need it when making your request.
