Formentera Fashion Show 2025: Honouring Individuality, Originality, and Regional Skill

Under the theme **Terra Meua”** (My Land), the Commerce Department has revealed the XVII edition of the **Formentera Fashion Show**, which will be held on **Friday, June 27 at 10:00 PM** in the **Plaça d’Europa in Es Pujols**.

The show is now a well-known cultural and creative event on the island’s summer calendar. It once again shows how closely linked **fashion, identity, and territory** are. This year’s theme, “Terra Meua,” is a heartfelt tribute to Formentera, its light, authenticity, and way of life, which still inspires local designers, artisans, and brands.

Thirteen designers and brands closely connected to the island will show collections that reflect a common idea: **fashion as a way to be connected to the land, be eco-friendly, and be free to be creative**.

The Formentera Fashion Show has been organised in partnership with **PIMEF** since its first edition. It showcases local talent and promotes a model of economic growth that is both **sustainable and deeply rooted** in the area.

Artal Mayans, the island’s Councillor of Tourism and Commerce, said that the event is “much more than a fashion show.” It celebrates the island’s uniqueness, its creative economy, and its local businesses, all of which give it a strong sense of identity.

The show is open to the public and has become an annual meeting place for residents, visitors, and fashion professionals. This has helped Formentera’s reputation as a unique place where creativity and nature go hand in hand.
