Main house: full equipped kitchen, 1 master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, 1 double bedroom with access to the terrace and adjoining bathroom. The third bedroom with ensuite bathroom is in the top floor and it has its own entrance from the outside.
A nice and comfortable living room with views over the sea that has direct access to the porch furnished for outdoors living and breathtaking sea views.
The annex is just some steps from the main house, is a studio with bathroom and kitchenette, and a nice furnished terrace.
Outside, there is a large terrace which is just perfect for relaxing, enjoying a morning yoga session or meditation in total tranquility. The house enjoys direct access to superb rocky ledges for a fresh morning swim in the sea in privacy before having breakfast al fresco.
San Ferrán is just within 1,5 km from the villa and has restaurants, bars and a supermarket. The beach of Migjorn, with its trendy bars and restaurants is easily accessible at only 5 minutes drive away.
